The conference is held at the Haus der bayerischen Landwirtschaft in Herrsching am Ammersee at the shore of a picturesque lake in Upper Bavaria.

The conference hotel is located about 40 km southwest of Munich on the east bank of Lake Ammersee.

By train: From Munich main station or Munich-Pasing by S-Bahn (S8) to Herrsching (terminus).

From the railway station: Via the Seeuferweg (walking time approx. 30 min.).

With the MVV bus 957 hourly to Herrsching-Lochschwab (2 stations, S-Bahnticket also valid for bus).

By plane: From Munich Airport by S-Bahn (S8) without change to Herrsching.
