Abstract

The rigorous formulations of the important ideas of Peak/Inomata and Duru/Kleinert for solving certain non-Gaussian path integrals occurring in quantum mechanics are shown to provide both clarity and simplicity. Special emphasis is given to the fact that many of the standard examples considered in this context require the use of path integrals with respect to diffusion processes other than the Wiener process, e.g. Bessel and Legendre processes.
